CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy:

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong product.

The product is missing from the package.

Refunds will be processed after:

Verification of the issue.

Returning the product (if required).

Refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account.

3. No Refund / No Exchange Conditions:

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered by the customer.

Change of mind after delivery.

Products used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Clearance or discounted items.

4. Exchange Policy:

Exchange is allowed only for defective or wrong items delivered.
