Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

Remote / Non-Metro Locations: Estimated delivery may take 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability in your area.


3. Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.


4. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment. Orders can only be delivered within India.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 4 days.
You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check real-time delivery updates.


6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

High order volumes

Remote location accessibility

In such cases, we are not responsible for delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue promptly.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order:
